Data controller
The controller for personal data processed through this site is Amr Maaroufi, sole trader (full details in the legal notice). Data-related contact: [to be completed].
Data collected
This is a showcase site. There is no contact form, no account creation, no analytics tool and no advertising network.
No personal data is collected directly by the site. The only data processed is the technical data strictly necessary for the hosting provider to deliver the service (IP address, timestamp, browser type), kept in its security logs for a limited period.
If you contact us via LinkedIn or e-mail, the data you send (name, business contact details, message content) is used only to answer your request and, where relevant, prepare a proposal.
Purposes and legal bases
- Answering enquiries and discussing a project: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Keeping the site secure, available and working: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Meeting accounting and legal obligations for engagements: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Retention
- Business exchanges with no follow-up: 3 years from the last contact.
- Contractual and accounting records: 10 years, as required by law.
- Hosting technical logs: short period defined by the hosting provider.
Cookies and trackers
This site uses no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party trackers, so no consent is required and no cookie banner is shown. Should measurement tools be added later, a prior consent mechanism would be implemented and this policy updated.
Recipients and processors
Data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed by technical providers acting as processors (site hosting, business e-mail) under Article 28 GDPR agreements. Where a provider is located outside the EU, transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to [to be completed]; you will receive a reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Reasonable technical and organisational measures protect data against loss, alteration or unauthorised access.
